A weekly open training session for people of all ages, levels and abilities. This is not a class format but there are coaches on hand, as well as other participants, to give advise if needed.
We have a warm up at the beginning of the session consisting of mobility, dynamic stretching and cardiovascular exercise to ready the body. After this participants are free to practise whatever they chose. This enables them to find their own way of moving while at the same time having the support and advice of coaches and other practitioners. This is a good way of gaining experience alongside actual classes.
