The Outdoor class is a chance to learn Parkour in the urban environment, where Parkour is primarily practised. Open to all levels it covers movements, strength and balance training, aiming to build strength, coordination, spatial awareness and understanding of the body's mechanics.
The class starts with a warm up consisting of mobility, dynamic stretching and cardiovascular exercise to ready the body. We then move on to a combination of Parkour techniques and drills alongside strength and conditioning exercises. The class ends with a cool down and stretch session to improve flexibility and maintain mobility. There are also various challenges and games thrown into the mix to keep you on your toes.
