Our Outdoor class had taken on a new identity for the remaining winter months. Taking advantage of the dark evenings and tougher weather conditions, the Black ops class takes the form of missions and challenges to push physical and mental endurance. Running on a new day and time of 6-8pm on Wednesday, the class is open to all but it is aimed more at intermediate level participants. Check the Black Ops Class page for details.
